Real story happened with famous Heart Surgeon Lt. Dr. Nitu Mandke.He had done many heart operations.A mechanic was removing the cylinder heads from the motor of a carwhen he spotted the famous heart surgeon in his shop, who was standingoff to the side, waiting for the service manager to come to take alook at his car.The mechanic shouted across the garage, “Hello Doctor!
